Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
• Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies and maximize reimbursement
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients while managing accounts receivable balances

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a wide range of audiences
