Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative CBO.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and refunds accurately and timely
• Reconcile account balances and pursue payments or denials to maximize reimbursement
• Research payment discrepancies and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One or more years of experience in patient financial services or insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of audiences
