Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities
• Research payments, denials, and account discrepancies to ensure maximum reimbursement
• Build strong relationships with internal and external clients to resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences
