Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative Ambulatory Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
• Research payments, denials, and account discrepancies, making necessary appeals and corrections
• Provide customer service to patients and internal clients, resolving billing and payment issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One or more years of experience in patient financial services, financial collections, or insurance industry processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and work independently
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Preferred experience with the company's systems and cash collections
