Patient Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Balance Management PFS Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities
• Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure maximum reimbursement
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and internal clients while managing accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Insurance AR and/or Physician Fee for Service Billing
• Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance industry processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
