Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative 4 - Insurance Follow Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of clean claims and serve in the absence of the supervisor or manager
• Resolve complex issues by coordinating actions with team members, Patient Accounts staff, and payers
• Document account activity and ensure compliance with departmental productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience (3 years)
• Experience: 3 years in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
• Expertise in Insurance Follow-Up is highly preferred
• Proficiency in hospital billing systems and insurance verification portals
• Extensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance policies
