Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claim follow-up and resolution for timely reimbursement
• Investigate and appeal denials, resubmit claims, and communicate with payers
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) required
• 1 year of related experience in insurance claims and billing
• Proficiency in Epic, payer portals, and electronic billing systems
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Preferred 3-4 years of experience in insurance claims and billing for facilities
