Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative III to manage billing and collections for patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments and escalate issues as needed
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and in accordance with productivity and quality standards
• Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and educate patients on their financial responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office or relevant field
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with medical terminology and billing processes
• Proficiency in using billing software and systems
• Knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding
