Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Balance Management PFS Representative CBO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and account balances while maintaining communication with internal and external customers
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and collaborate with team members to achieve financial goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Insurance Accounts Receivable or Physician Fee for Service Billing
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
