Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments and escalate issues when necessary
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and in accordance with productivity and quality standards
• Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience in insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits
• Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or comparable software
