Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or three additional years of relevant experience
• Experience: 3 years in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
• Preferred expertise in Insurance Follow-Up and processing claims for specific payers
• Proficiency in hospital billing systems and insurance verification portals
• Extensive knowledge of insurance policies, including Medicaid and Medicare
