Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Patient Financial Services Representative will manage cash applications, balancing, and participate in activities aimed at improving efficiency and patient satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash applications and ensure accurate balancing to support healthcare operations
• Participate in unit and enterprise activities focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing excellent customer service

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of related experience in accounting, insurance claims, or medical office work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Experience with patient accounts and third-party insurance claims preferred
