Job Summary

To provide exceptional patient service, the full-time Patient Financial Services Representative will manage customer inquiries, perform administrative tasks, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and support for patient accounts
• Follow departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Assist with administrative duties and documentation related to patient financial services

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in customer service or healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Experience with patient accounts or third-party insurance claims is preferred
