Job Summary

Providing essential support to patients, the full-time Patient Financial Services Representative will manage inbound calls to explain billing and insurance processes, counsel on financial solutions, and ensure accurate account handling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls accurately while providing compassionate service regarding billing and payment inquiries
  • Process patient and insurance requests for follow-up, ensuring timely resolution of billing issues
  • Maintain compliance with Revenue Cycle policies and assist patients in understanding their financial obligations and available assistance programs
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong interest in learning new information systems (e.g., PASS, Deloitte overlay system, Healthworks)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
