Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee revenue cycle activities to optimize patient financial interactions
• Coordinate with practices and insurance companies for pre-authorizations and maintain compliance with regulations
• Review patient financial records to assess responsibility and determine payment arrangements or financial assistance qualifications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in Patient Financial Services, preferably in dermatology
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience; associate degree highly preferred
• 1+ years of remote working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of healthcare management and patient accounts
