Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Specialist - Hospital Billing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Epic Hospital Billing System to manage accounts and ensure timely billing and collections
• Contacts insurance carriers to resolve payment issues and processes claims for re-submission
• Documents all actions taken and escalates problem accounts or denial trends to management promptly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least five (5) years of accounts receivable experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Epic Hospital Billing Follow Up and Denial workflows
• No licensure, certification, or registration required
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivable preferred
