Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Financial Services Specialist will manage claim verifications, follow up on payments, and handle denial reviews to ensure timely resolution of account balances.
Key responsibilities
- Verifies claims with payers and follows up on payments through various communication methods
- Reviews and analyzes denial reasons to determine appropriate follow-up actions, including appeals and resubmissions
- Coordinates with management and other departments to resolve unresolved accounts and improve processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
