Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Financial Services Specialist will manage claim verifications, follow up on payments, and handle denial reviews to ensure timely resolution of account balances.

Key responsibilities

• Verifies claims with payers and follows up on payments through various communication methods
• Reviews and analyzes denial reasons to determine appropriate follow-up actions, including appeals and resubmissions
• Coordinates with management and other departments to resolve unresolved accounts and improve processes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare billing preferred
