Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the Pre-Service department and Patient Access
• Precept new staff and provide educational support and orientation training
• Assist in developing daily processes for the team and maintain attendance and minutes for meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Health Services Administration or Business related field or equivalent work experience
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced systems aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in automated information systems preferred
• Experience with medical necessity and insurance responsibilities
