Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete patient enrollment in AssistPoint (AP) and manage assigned inventory sourced from the Admin Portal
  • Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information, and process assistance program applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and close tasks in accordance with program status and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in patient billing or medical reimbursement processes
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) or billing software
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and basic reimbursement principles
