Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Intake Advocate II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume of incoming/outgoing calls for rental orders and insurance referrals
  • Validate patient information and ensure compliance with onboarding guidelines
  • Obtain necessary patient documentation and ensure adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Communications, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Medicare Oxygen/DME Billing or Insurance Billing required
  • Experience working with Medical Sales personnel required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Oracle required
  • Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience may be considered
