Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Intake Advocate II.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of incoming/outgoing calls for rental orders and insurance referrals
- Validate patient information and ensure compliance with onboarding guidelines
- Obtain necessary patient documentation and ensure adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Communications, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Medicare Oxygen/DME Billing or Insurance Billing required
- Experience working with Medical Sales personnel required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Oracle required
- Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience may be considered
