A company is looking for a Patient Intake Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the main phone line and address all inquiries related to medical claims
• Ensure timely documentation and education of member inquiries
• Maintain an organized inventory of claims and prioritize daily tasks accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma and one (1) year relevant experience
• Experience in a medical healthcare claims role dealing with facilities, providers, and members
• Background in healthcare claims management with the ability to interpret benefit plans
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage high call volumes
• PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and web-based applications
