Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Intake Advocate II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls for rental orders and insurance referrals
  • Validate patient information and ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Process new rental orders and maintain communication with patients and referral sources

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Communications, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in Medicare Oxygen/DME Billing or Insurance Billing required
  • Experience working with Medical Sales personnel required
  • Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Oracle, and/or Brightree required
  • Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience providing necessary skills
