Job Summary

To lead a dedicated team of Patient Intake Coordinators, the full-time Patient Intake Coordinator Sales Manager will manage daily performance, coaching, and accountability in a remote environment while ensuring adherence to key performance indicators and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage and coach 10-15 Patient Intake Coordinators, focusing on performance and skill development
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, delivering actionable coaching based on trends and audits
  • Ensure adherence to call quality standards and patient education requirements while fostering a positive team culture
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience managing or leading a customer-facing sales or intake team
  • Direct people management experience, including coaching and performance accountability
  • Experience managing KPIs, QA standards, and productivity metrics
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, remote environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, or similar systems
