Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Intake Specialist - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about the clinic and treatment options
  • Guide each patient through the intake process, including collecting referrals, coordinating with providers, verifying insurance, and gathering documentation
  • Document all interactions and follow-ups, tracking each patient's journey from initial inquiry to their first scheduled appointment
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical administration, patient intake, or care navigation preferred
  • Sales or adjacent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic medical insurance processes
  • High level of organization and strong documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
