Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Intake Specialist - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about the clinic and treatment options
- Guide each patient through the intake process, including collecting referrals, coordinating with providers, verifying insurance, and gathering documentation
- Document all interactions and follow-ups, tracking each patient's journey from initial inquiry to their first scheduled appointment
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in medical administration, patient intake, or care navigation preferred
- Sales or adjacent experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical insurance processes
- High level of organization and strong documentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
