Job Summary

To support patient access to care, the remote Patient Intake Specialist will coordinate referrals, gather information, and schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for patients in need of therapy or functional testing.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing for patients quickly and accurately
• Review referrals and medical documentation to ensure successful appointment setups
• Serve as a key contact for case managers and partners, maintaining clear communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a phone-based or fast-paced customer or patient service environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
