Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Patient Intake Specialist will coordinate referrals, gather important information, and schedule appointments to ensure patients receive timely care.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing quickly and accurately for patients
• Review referrals and medical documentation to ensure successful appointment setups
• Serve as a key point of contact for case managers and partners, maintaining clear communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a phone-based or fast-paced customer or patient service environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
