Patient Liaison

Job Summary

Providing essential support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials, the full-time Patient Liaison will manage travel arrangements, process expense reimbursements, and ensure excellent service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, and vendors
• Schedule travel requests for patients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Process expense reimbursements and support study site personnel in using the online portal

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
• Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to work with financial information and manage deadlines effectively
