Job Summary
Providing essential support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials, the full-time Patient Liaison will manage travel arrangements, process expense reimbursements, and ensure excellent service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, and vendors
- Schedule travel requests for patients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Process expense reimbursements and support study site personnel in using the online portal
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
- Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work with financial information and manage deadlines effectively
