Job Summary

Supporting Patient Logistics through comprehensive project management and data analysis, the full-time Operations Specialist will plan, execute, and deliver reports related to admissions, throughput, and transfer initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business solutions for internal and external clients, collaborating with leadership to establish annual goals and KPIs
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide insights for business planning and budget preparations
• Serve as the primary analytic contact for customers, managing data communications and troubleshooting issues with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in project management and data analysis within a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Excel
• Strong understanding of operational metrics related to admissions and throughput
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
