Patient Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support Patient Logistics initiatives, the full-time Operations Specialist will manage project planning, data analysis, and operational coordination while working remotely, ensuring timely and quality deliverables related to admissions, throughput, and transfers across the healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business solutions and scorecards to monitor system-wide performance metrics
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide insights for business planning and budget preparations
• Serve as the primary analytic contact for customers, managing data communications and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business, or data analytics
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
• Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, particularly in patient logistics and throughput
• Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to diverse stakeholders
