Patient Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Management Representative to manage insurance, therapy, and dose changes for active patients receiving therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform benefit verification for insurance, therapy, and dose changes
• Manage new and reauthorizations for insurance plans and drug changes
• Coordinate communication with payors, patients, and internal departments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience with healthcare professionals preferred
• Experience in benefit verification/reauthorization highly preferred
• Experience with specialty pharmacy patient admissions is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
