Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Management Representative, the full-time role will manage insurance, therapy, and dose changes for active patients while coordinating communication with payors, patients, and internal departments in a hybrid work environment based in New Providence, NJ.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform benefit verification for insurance, therapy, and dose changes
  • Manage new and reauthorization processes for insurance and medication changes
  • Coordinate internal communications and handle urgent requests from various departments
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience with healthcare professionals and benefit verification/reauthorization
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy patient admissions or similar customer service settings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and document concisely
