Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Management Representative, the full-time role will manage insurance, therapy, and dose changes for active patients while coordinating communication with payors, patients, and internal departments in a hybrid work environment based in New Providence, NJ.
Key responsibilities
- Perform benefit verification for insurance, therapy, and dose changes
- Manage new and reauthorization processes for insurance and medication changes
- Coordinate internal communications and handle urgent requests from various departments
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience with healthcare professionals and benefit verification/reauthorization
- Experience in specialty pharmacy patient admissions or similar customer service settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and document concisely
