Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of patient-centric and upstream marketing initiatives, the full-time salaried Patient Marketing Lead will manage a team to drive diagnosis, treatment initiation, and persistence for IZERVAY, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand strategy and commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies, including campaign management and performance optimization
  • Provide strategic leadership for upstream marketing initiatives targeting healthcare providers, focusing on disease awareness and referral patterns
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, establishing clear objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with a strong background in US brand marketing
  • Proven experience in DTC marketing, campaign execution, and media planning
  • Experience leading patient-centric initiatives and HCP marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
