Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of patient-centric and upstream marketing initiatives, the full-time salaried Patient Marketing Lead will manage a team to drive diagnosis, treatment initiation, and persistence for IZERVAY, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand strategy and commercial priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies, including campaign management and performance optimization
- Provide strategic leadership for upstream marketing initiatives targeting healthcare providers, focusing on disease awareness and referral patterns
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, establishing clear objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with a strong background in US brand marketing
- Proven experience in DTC marketing, campaign execution, and media planning
- Experience leading patient-centric initiatives and HCP marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
