Patient-Matched Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track case progression through all phases of the patient-matched CMF workflow, ensuring timely execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for surgeons, sales representatives, and internal teams throughout case processing
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers, planners, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely case completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in patient-specific device workflows, surgical planning, or 3D modeling
• Experience managing patient-matched cases in a regulated medical device environment
• Proficiency in Materialise Mimics, 3-Matic, Dolphin, or equivalent 3D software
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and related quality documentation
