Patient Navigation Program Advisor
Job Summary
To support the implementation of a follow-up program for radiology, the remote contract Patient Navigation Program Advisor will manage customer partnerships, advise on program configurations, and provide training and support to navigation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with implementation and customer success teams to design follow-up programs tailored to customer needs
- Advise on configuration decisions including worklist setup and outreach strategies
- Support navigator training and act as a clinical resource during the initial implementation phase
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination
- Experience designing and leading a follow-up program
- Hands-on experience with follow-up worklists and patient tracking
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Self-direction and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
