Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Navigator to support patients through the cataract surgery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide patients through their next steps after a cataract diagnosis
  • Educate patients on their options and potential out-of-pocket costs
  • Ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality


Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in ophthalmology
  • 2 years of direct patient care experience
  • 1 year of experience in cataract education (preferred)
  • Experience working in eye care (preferred)
  • Familiarity with multiple languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Polish (preferred)
