Key Responsibilities

• Process new patient referrals and enter demographic, payor, and billing information accurately
• Communicate with payors, referral sources, and patients regarding documentation, financial assistance, and payment plans
• Verify eligibility and benefits, obtain authorizations, and ensure thorough documentation for billing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years' experience in patient intake, revenue operations, billing, or insurance case management
• Strong work ethic and team mentality
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and providers
