Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Navigator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and manage their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally while assisting patients with their inquiries
- Conduct phone-based assessments to gather medical history and evaluate the urgency of patient concerns
- Relay information between patients and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health records
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
