Patient Navigator

Job Summary

Patient Navigator, MBS is a full-time remote position responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and providing support throughout the patient journey in a fertility clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and secure messages, scheduling appointments and providing issue resolution
• Educate members on benefits, confirm eligibility, and coordinate patient assistance
• Collaborate with billing and partner clinics to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with member benefits and medical insurance is required
• Experience in the fertility field is a plus
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
• Experience with EMR systems
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
