Patient Navigator

Job Summary

To support patient management through the healthcare system, the full-time Patient Navigator will establish relationships with patients, verify insurance benefits, and coordinate care while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate healthcare services
• Collects and analyzes market data to assist in finding appropriate payor populations and verifies insurance coverage for treatments
• Schedules patient appointments and coordinates with various service lines to ensure seamless care delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field; or an Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience
• Three years of experience in the healthcare field, including one year in statistical data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
