Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onboarding calls and assess patient needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Two-year associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years of directly related and progressively responsible experience preferred
  • Experience in fields such as social work, nursing, counseling, or psychology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
