Patient Navigator Associate Director

Job Summary

To support patient access to innovative gene therapies, the full-time remote Associate Director, Patient Navigator will provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers, manage case navigation, and engage stakeholders while driving program operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and caregivers regarding the gene therapy treatment process and coverage
• Guide patients through their treatment journey, coordinating necessary support services and addressing potential barriers to access
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program awareness and optimize patient support initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech patient services, with expertise in access/reimbursement and complex case management
• Direct experience working with patients and caregivers
• Strong knowledge of payer systems, reimbursement processes, and patient assistance resources
• Proficiency in data analysis and application of performance metrics for program improvement
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to the industry
