Job Summary
Seeking a motivated individual, the part-time Patient Onboarding Associate will manage patient registration, scheduling, and communication while providing exceptional customer service in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes for new and existing patients
- Ensure accurate record management by obtaining and communicating relevant patient information
- Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers and proactively reach out to patient leads
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of office administration experience required
- 1 year of call/contact center or high call volume experience preferred
- Proficient with Google Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a backup option for connectivity
