Job Summary
Patient Onboarding Associate, a full-time position, is responsible for managing patient registration and scheduling while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes for new and existing patients
- Ensure accurate record management by obtaining and communicating relevant patient information
- Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers and proactively reach out to patient leads
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of office administration experience required
- 1 year of call/contact center or high call volume experience preferred
- Proficient with Google Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work both days of the weekend and have reliable, high-speed internet
