Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Onboarding Manager to oversee the Enrollment team and enhance patient care through a telemedicine platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of outreach and intake associates, including training and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with Client Success to build and operationalize custom workflows for new clients
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics, ensuring compliance and quality in patient interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and CRM systems
