Job Summary
To support patient growth and retention, the part-time Patient Onboarding Specialist will engage with prospective members through high-volume outreach, schedule their initial PCP visits, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience in a remote role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective patients and insurance leads, and respond to inbound inquiries
- Coordinate new patient PCP appointments, assist with paperwork, and ensure seamless transfer of medical records
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM and EHR systems, tracking outcomes for engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a preference for prior sales, retail, medical office, or senior living experience
- Basic knowledge of insurance types such as HMO, PPO, and Medicare Advantage
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Comfortable with CRMs, EMRs, and Google Suite, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence in high-volume outreach environments
