Patient Operations Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Operations Management Associate to support the oversight and management of the Participant Pathway in clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling tools and dashboards for cell therapy product delivery
• Support tracking and reporting of investigational product logistics and patient metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an effective patient journey program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and FDA regulated environment
• Understanding of basic FDA & EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, GCP, and GMP
• Experience with clinical logistics and pharmaceutical supply chain systems
• Familiarity with domestic and international logistics for biologic materials
