Patient Operations Management Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the oversight of the Participant Pathway, the contract Patient Operations Management Associate will manage patient scheduling tools and logistics for investigational products in clinical trials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling tools, guidelines, and dashboards for cell therapy product delivery
• Support tracking and reporting of investigational product logistics and patient metrics using databases and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and support for clinical trial enrollment activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and FDA regulated environment
• Understanding of FDA & EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, GCP, and GMP
• Experience with clinical logistics and pharmaceutical supply chain systems
• Familiarity with domestic and international logistics/transport of biologic material
