Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Patient Operations Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage high-volume requisitions, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage multiple high-volume requisitions across clinical and operations functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications and fit for roles, maintaining accurate recruitment records
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in high-volume environments, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Proven experience in startup or scaling operations-heavy recruiting environments
- Strong ability to build and manage pipelines across clinical and non-clinical functions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools like LinkedIn and G-Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
