Key Responsibilities

• Process scheduling work assignments efficiently while adhering to compliance requirements
• Initiate contact with patients to pre-register and schedule appointments
• Communicate insurance benefits, estimated costs, and payment options to patients as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Three plus years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated with a strong professional demeanor
