Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Patient Outreach Representative will engage with patients to schedule appointments, manage pre-registration processes, and provide exceptional service in a high-volume contact center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure timely processing of scheduling work assignments while adhering to compliance requirements
  • Initiate contact with patients to pre-register and schedule appointments using the Scheduler Grid
  • Communicate insurance benefits, estimated costs, and payment options to patients as needed
Required qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers efficiently
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong professional demeanor and communication skills
